On Saturday (7/24/2010) at approximately 6:45 PM, Loudoun County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the area of Loyalty Road north of Clover Hill Road on a reported head-on motor vehicle accident. Christopher J. White, 22 of Lovettesville was driving a 1981 Ford F-150 northbound on Loyalty Road when he crossed into the southbound lane and struck a 2000 Mercury Mountaineer driven by a juvenile male. Town of Leesburg officials announced that the Town has received funding from the Virginia Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund for the construction of a 38-horsepower hydroelectric generator.
